Chloe (the “Trainer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is the sole proprietor and absolute owner of the application “ELEV8 : Train with Structure” (the “Platform” or “App”). The Platform enables users to access structured fitness, wellness, and nutrition services through digital tools provided directly by the Trainer.

The Trainer reserves the sole right, at its discretion, to develop, improve, modify, and update the Platform and its features at any time.

We place high importance on the privacy and protection of our users’ personal data and other information. Our practices and procedures regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data are outlined below.

We have implemented reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the nature of our business and the information being protected. However, due to the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet, we cannot guarantee complete security of information transmitted through the Platform.

Users may be requested to upload photographs for the sole purpose of assessing and tracking fitness progress. We take reasonable steps to protect such information; however, we are not responsible for unauthorized disclosures caused by third-party access beyond our control.

We may also collect financial information (such as payment card details or payment instrument information) solely for processing payments and providing Services. Payment processing may be handled through secure third-party payment gateways.

You may request correction, update, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at support@thechloecondition.com. Please note that removal of certain information may limit access to some Services.

3. Data Deletion

We respect your right to privacy and provide you with the ability to request the deletion of your personal data from our platform. If you wish to delete your account or any associated data, you can do so by clicking https://elev8.fitbudd.com/data-deletion or using the data deletion feature within the app. Once we receive your request, we will process it promptly and ensure your data is permanently removed from our systems, except for information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Please note that some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes, but it will not be linked to your personal identity.
